As most thesis users I am always tweeking but I like the fall look to it. In the winter I will swap the CSS and give it a winter theme!

This was built using the full-width framework on Thesis v1.6.

Nice website and integration of the IDX. Are you using you local MLS/IDX service or third party provider? I’v ejust purchased Thesis a couple of weeks ago and am currently gettng my site up and running; I downloaded the instructions for IDX, but if I were to guess, it won’t include custom_functions.
